Included is a abbreviations of bibliographical sources and an appendix with the obituaries from The British Chess Magazine that could be found from its origin 1881 till the year 1986.
Although this work is not updated it is still a monumental work and indispensable for chess researchers.
Jeremy Gaige has set-up in this book the standard for historical chess research and it certainly belongs to the life work of this man but did this book not deserve a hard cover?
