Wie bereits bei anderen Büchern oder seiner Reihe in Schach 64 hat er hierfür wieder eine Auswahl interesund hochklassiger Partien zuund ausführlich kom
Der Clou ist dabei, dass man in die Rolle eines beteiligten Spielers schlüpft und dessen Züge herausfinsoll. Je nach Erfolg erhält man dafür Punkte gutgeschrieben oder abund kann dann am Ende der Partie seine Punktezahl in einer Taals Leistung einschätzen.
Als Protagonisten bei den insge20 Partien treten einige der herausragendsten Spieler unserer Zeit auf, und die hier vorgeführten Partien sind wirklich Meisterwerke aus allen Stil- und Eröffnungsrichtungen.
Kurzum: Daniel King hat das Schreiben nicht verlernt: Er versteht es, spannende und lehrreiche Partien sehr gut zu vermitteln, seine Leser zu motivieren und dabei auch noch glänzend zu unterhalten.
